With $100M of leads in our sales pipeline, we seek an aggressive sales closer further develop the Orange County/L.A. area. A background or knowledge in closing business with commercial real estate property managers desirable. A technical aptitude for mechanical equipment and experience in the plumbing market a big plus. The ideal candidate has a history of carrying and achieving against a quota. You excel at qualifying, educating and closing clients, and your ability to articulate value propositions and compress the sales cycle proven. We offer a well developed team selling environment.
