3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: galleries will be open for public tours, plus a private tour given by the Facility Manager of the Getty Villa, Oren Grey and staff.
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Behind the scenes presentation in the auditorium given by Oren Grey.
- 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Hosted reception in the Café and Café terrace.

Parking will be on your own ($8.00 per vehicle), please follow the Getty Villa parking signs and park accordingly. |
| Entrance: |
You will need an IFMA ticket in order to enter the facility. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD THE DAY OF THE EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please bring your IFMA Getty Villa entrance ticket to the event. These tickets will be mailed to you after registering for the event. |
