Event Refund Policy

After registration closes, a $15 late registration/walk-in fee will apply for members and non-members. Seating is not guaranteed after registration closes and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Written request for cancellation/refund must be received prior to the closing of registration. No requests for refunds will be honored after registration closes – substitutions can be made at any time, but the applicable member/non member price will apply. Reservation no-shows will be invoiced.
