Executive Board

President

Madison Felien is a Senior Account Executive at Supply Solutions, where she has built a successful career over the past eight years in the janitorial and facility supply industry. Supply Solutions is a full-line distributor of janitorial supplies, office products, PPE, and packaging materials. Madison is recognized for delivering world-class customer service while maintaining a personal, relationship-driven approach. She views each client as a strategic partner and works collaboratively to create tailored supply plans that align with their business goals.

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with family, visiting Disneyland, and discovering new restaurants with friends.


Vice President

Victor Ramirez brings over two decades of experience in facilities and operations management. He currently serves as the Facility and Fleet Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), where he leads strategic and operational initiatives, oversees capital improvement projects, and manages asset performance. MWD is the regional wholesaler responsible for delivering safe, reliable water to approximately 19 million residents across Southern California.

Before joining MWD, Victor held a similar leadership role at Southern California Edison. His career began in hands-on engineering roles, serving as a Building Engineer and Chief Engineer at several prominent high-rise properties, including the United States Federal Building and the historic Jonathan Club.

Victor holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Operations Management from DeVry University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with family and friends.


Treasurer

Michael Panman is the Director of Operations at Campbell Hall and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations, facilities, safety, and security within educational environments. In this role, he provides strategic oversight of campus operations, safety and security, facilities and maintenance, and capital project planning and construction management, helping ensure a safe, resilient, and efficiently operated campus environment. Prior to joining Campbell Hall nearly six years ago, Michael spent more than 20 years at Granada Hills Charter School, where he served in leadership roles including Facilities & Safety Manager and Event Manager.

In addition to his professional leadership, Michael is state-certified in emergency management and volunteers with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Mountain Search and Rescue Team. As part of this highly specialized unit, he responds to complex incidents across Southern California’s rugged mountain and canyon terrain, including searches for lost or missing persons, vehicle over-the-side accidents on canyon roads, and swift water rescues during severe weather. He was recently deployed in multiple roles during the Los Angeles wildfires, supporting evacuation, command post operations, and recovery efforts.

Outside of his professional and emergency service work, Michael is passionate about live theatre, bringing many years of experience in technical theatre with an emphasis on lighting design, and continues to volunteer in support of educational theatre programs and student productions.


Immediate Past President

Sean Collyer, SFP, is the Director of Campus Operations & Strategic Partnerships at Vistamar School, a private independent high school in El Segundo, CA. At Vistamar, Sean serves on the senior leadership team and oversees departments associated with capital projects, health and safety, transportation, technology, community engagement, and other front-facing services.

Before Vistamar School, he held similar leadership roles in the private and public sectors. He was also impactful at Lundgren Management Corporation. At Lundgren, he served on project management teams leading facility modernization projects for K-12 institutions, and capital bond projects for Community College and High School Districts. Sean has held diverse roles over the last 20 years in an educational setting, from teaching, coaching, and administration.

Sean also oversees both Vistamar boys and girls basketball programs, working in partnership with the Athletic Director to promote and support student-athletes.
